Located just west of Cancun, Now Jade is a short 30-35 minute drive to both Playa De Carmen and the Cancun airport. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and escorted to the preferred club lounge immediately. The Wi-Fi connection was strong in the lounge and allowed us to video chat with our families with no interruptions.
